A spooky evening awaits at Nightmare on Volunteer Drive, a haunted house in Aurora.
Are you ready to get spooked? If so, plan to attend one of the following Halloween-themed events taking place in Southeast Indiana this week:
- At Hillforest Victorian House Museum in Aurora, explore the historic mansion’s ghostly secrets during a special Paranormal Investigation (7pm, Oct. 29). Presented by paranormal investigators from The Spiritual Hope Society, this unique tour will have you looking at Hillforest in a whole new light.
- Love a good haunted house? Don’t miss Nightmare on Volunteer Drive at the Aurora Firehouse off of U.S. 50. Scheduled to run this Friday and Saturday night (Oct. 29 & 30), the event is a frightening fundraiser for Aurora Fire & Rescue.
- Finally, join Main Street Aurora for Horror, History & Hauntings (6pm, Oct. 29 & 30), a haunted evening complete with scary stories and a ghostly tour of Aurora’s historic downtown. In addition to special treats and surprises, the evening will also include dinner at Aurora’s Great Crescent Brewery.
