Fri 6/23 - Whiskey City Competitive Cycling Challenge
Queen City Wheels presents "Dash for the Cash", a USA Cycling Criterium Race. View this event on a closed course that is a flat and very fast .67 mile loop through downtown Lawrenceburg. The course and parking will be throughout the Walnut and High Street areas. Food and beverages available for purchase 5PM-9PM. Live music included, in addition to the bicycle races. Admission is free. First race begins at 5PM followed by additional races at 6PM, 7PM, 8PM & 9PM. Fri 6/23 – Motorcycle Racing at Lawrenceburg Speedway
Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds, 351 E. Eads Pkwy (US 50). All classes of short track motorcycles, speedway bikes, ATV's & go-karts. Gates open at 5PM; practice at 6-7PM; races at 7:30PM. $10/12 years and up; $5/6-11 years; 5 and under free. Fri 6/23 - Bright Farmer's Market

Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds, U.S. 50, Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Fri 6/23-Sat 6/24 - Oxbow/SIAG Spring Art Show
Presented by Oxbow, Inc. & Adam's Art Supply at 301-303 Walnut Street, Lawrenceburg. Friday, 5PM-9PM with light refreshments served. Saturday, 11AM-7PM. An exhibition of artwork by local members of Southeastern Indiana Art Guild, highlighting local wildlife.

Fri 6/23-Sun 6/25 - Hillforest Victorian House Museum
213 Fifth Street, Aurora. 1:00PM-5:00PM. Admission charged. Hillforest was the home of industrialist and financier Thomas Gaff and his family between 1855 and 1891. The home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1992. Featured exhibit for 2017 is Bags, Bonnets & Baubles, showcasing Hillforest's collection of ladies hats and handbags rarely on exhibit. For more information: 812 926-0087 or http://hillforest.org
Fri 6/23-Sun 6/25 - River Cities Bike Share
River Cities Bike Share is the the first bike share program of its kind in Southeast Indiana and features approximately 30 “ready-to-ride” bicycles located throughout the cities of Lawrenceburg and Aurora. Equipped with a locking mechanism, the bikes will be housed at several docking sites in both communities, and can be reserved and rented via an app or onsite. Each of the Shimano seven-speed bicycles will be available on a ride-and-return basis. The cost to ride is $3 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour.
Sat 6/24 – Lawrenceburg Farmer's Market
Newtown Park, US Route 50 (Eads Parkway), Lawrenceburg. Sponsored by Lawrenceburg Main Street, the Farmer's Market is held every Saturday, at 9AM-1PM, from June 3rd through October 14th. Some of the products available are: produce, flowers, plants, eggs, honey, herbs, jams, jellies, baked goods, hand crafted items and more.
